yolanda pierces: Vespidae is the scientific name of a family of wasps. In keeping with my lifes theme of embracing any vocation that involves sharp objects I have created the needlecraft label Vespidame... the waspish waist of a corset? the sting of a piercing needle? I can indulge you in both! I am a corset maker and seamstress and professional body piercier of 16 years at Cottage 13 in Hamilton, Ontario. My creations can be found at my tattoo studio as well as at Blackbird Studios on James St. North in Hamilton. "Now, I'm not an artist....I'm a f*&#ing work of art"
